We do not just fit boilers and disappear. The same engineers service them, repair them and keep them running, for houses and for businesses.
Boiler servicing
The yearly check
A service keeps the boiler safe and keeps the manufacturer guarantee valid. Most guarantees need one every year, and plenty of people only find that out when something goes wrong.
We service gas, oil, LPG, electric and renewable systems. The engineer checks the combustion with a flue gas analyser, cleans what needs cleaning, tests the controls and tells you honestly what state it is in.
Booking one in the autumn is the sensible move. Everybody rings in January.

Boiler repairs
No heating or no hot water
It never happens at a convenient time. Ring us, tell us what the boiler is doing and what the display says, and we will get an engineer out to you.
We repair all makes and models, not only the ones we fitted. If a part is needed we tell you what it is and what it costs before we order it.
If the boiler is past repairing we will say that too, and show you what a replacement would cost instead.

Plant rooms, shops and offices
Our commercial engineers install and maintain Vaillant, Ideal, Worcester Bosch and Baxi commercial boilers, including cascade systems where more than one boiler runs together.
We plan the work around your opening hours so you are not shut while we are in. Every job is priced before it starts.

Oil and LPG
Homes off the gas main
Plenty of houses around Cheshire run on oil or LPG rather than mains gas. We install and service both, and our engineers are Oftec registered, number C100736.
Mistral, Worcester Bosch and Grant for oil. Baxi, Ideal, Worcester Bosch and Glow-Worm for LPG.

Air conditioning
Cooling as well as heating
We install air conditioning alongside the heating work. Ellis is a qualified heating and air conditioning engineer, so it is the same team either way.
Tell us which rooms you want doing and we will come and look at what the building allows.
